Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the product.
Once your request is verified, we will gladly offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
Items Lost in Transit
By placing an order, you agree to our shipping and handling timeframes.
While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery period, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections or postal service disruptions.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days after the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will:
- Send a replacement, or
- Issue a full refund
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged
- There was an error in production or shipping

Returns

This policy allows us to continue offering free worldwide shipping while maintaining high product and service standards.
Refunds

- Original payment processing fees are non-refundable in the case of order cancellations
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided.
We can assist in verifying delivery through tracking information; however, further investigation must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.
Dissatisfaction with Products
If you are not satisfied with your purchase:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Please allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for the refund to be processed.
Important:
Unauthorized returns or items that are worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement and may not be returned.
Late or Missing Refunds

Cancellations & Order Changes
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
- Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement
- After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be changed

A 5%–10% management and transaction fee may apply to cancellations.
